I've verified the game file cache, my Nvidia card is up to date, all my software needed to run the game is current and I have no issue running the game and playing from Dedicated servers that are widely available online already. I am sure that it is not only with this server. I even disappeared from my favorites and can’t find his filters in any way. I am not quite sure why I am receiving this error. In general, it is almost always high online, but for some reason it is simply not in the list of available servers. Every time I attempt to launch the server (UDK.exe), I either receive a crash when running the 64-bit version or receive a pop-up of my DirectX Diagnostic Tool when launching the 32-bit version.
